I have been faced with new problems regarding hardware .
1. The big problem was lack of space for Throttle body. I have managed to fix this problem but other problems was created. You can see in the first picture that the throttle body is larger on one side. This was wrong because there is no space in the frame. So , i have decided to replace the stepper motor (and gears) for "fast idle" with an servo motor. This change cause other changes in the circuit board and software. Instead of stepper driver I will connect directly to micro-controller the servo-motor.
2. Another task was "how to connect the throttle body with the cylinder head?". To solve this problem i've designed some pieces to connect them. You can watch int the pictures the two passages and another two pieces to hold in place the throttle body.
