I've managed to test controller and software on the bike. You can download the new version of TunningPanel. Also you can download a 'sensor' log file. The only valid signals are RPM and BATT .

11. The software.
Meanwhile, I worked to the software for computer. I call it "Tunning Panel". With this software i can change in the real time the injector table, spark table and all other parameters.
I use C++ , MinGW and wxWidgets. Can be compiled in Linux too.

10. Solving other problems...
Meanwhile the high pressure intank pump arrived. It is a sh Kawasaki ZX6R pump which i bought it on eBay. It cost me 39$ + 40$ shipping = 79$. I choose to use an intank pump because the low risk of fire, than an external high pressure pump.
I have to mount this pump in the GS500 tank. I am lucky because the GS500 gas tank has a flat bottom. So to mount the pump i have to crop a circular surface on the bottom. The problem now it is how to fix the pump on the tank. For this I design a flange (first of all i am mechatronics engineer ;) so this task was not so hard ). You can watch the results in the following images:
